2. Join your design alignment consultation

After your consultation, you receive a 25–30 page personalised workspace strategy organised into four chapters:

1. Understanding How You Work: Your occupational profile, work personality breakdown and job demands × trait matrix.

2. Defining Your Design Direction: Your colour, texture and zoning strategy, shaped around your wellbeing priorities and design preferences.

3. Bringing the Room Together: Practical guidance for lighting, layout, storage, plants, furnishings, devices and personal touches.

4. Making It Work Day to Day: Practical tips, reset cues, implementation steps and on-the-road guidance where relevant.
